Shipping Policy

We work with multiple licensed courier partners across the UAE to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Delivery Time (UAE):

• Standard delivery: 1–3 working days
• Western Region / remote or far areas: Deliveries are made once per week, depending on courier coverage

To avoid delays, customers must provide a complete and accurate address at checkout and answer courier calls for confirmation and delivery coordination.

Each delivery attempt costs us courier fees. If you refuse or fail to accept the parcel, we bear that loss. We therefore request that you accept the parcel once the order is confirmed.

We do not ship or provide any products or services to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, in full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
